How do I refill or order new prescriptions?

When you are running low or need to fill a new prescription, please let your doctor know to send a prescription our way and we will take it from there. We can also help out contacting the doctor if he/she doesn't respond to you

Can I fill generic brand prescriptions even though my doctor prescribed me a brand name medication?

By NY State law we are mandated to convert all brand name medications to generic medications unless the doctor indicates brand only on the prescription.

Will my insurance cover any prescription medicine I am prescribed?

We will help you and guide you to get the care you need. If you can let us be there to help you through the process we can assist in calling your insurance to get you the care you need.

​Do not worry, we are trained and experienced in getting all sorts of medications approved for your insurance. When insurances require prior authorizations, we can assist with following up as well as to setting up with appeals.
